Free checklist requests

The checklist form collects your name, email address and optional phone number. Your contact details, requested guide, request page and the follow-up notice shown to you are sent to Richard through Resend and may be retained in normal business email records. Richard may follow up about your request and homebuying questions. This form does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. To ask that follow-up stop or request deletion, email richard@richardcilo.com; applicable recordkeeping obligations may apply.

Information you choose to provide

If you use the website inquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, the type of mortgage question you have, and an optional message. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation you requested.

Mortgage applications

The Quick Apply buttons on this site open CrossCountry Mortgage's secure application experience. Information entered there is submitted to CrossCountry Mortgage and is governed by CrossCountry Mortgage's applicable privacy notices and security practices. The RichardCilo.com contact form does not collect or store the information you enter in the secure mortgage application.

RichardCilo.com is hosted on Vercel. Website inquiry emails are delivered using Resend. These providers may process technical or message-delivery information as needed to provide their services.

Site preferences and analytics

The site may store a language preference and your analytics choice in your browser. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure page visits, referral sources (including ChatGPT), language changes, contact-button clicks and confirmed website inquiries. Google receives technical information needed to provide analytics, such as browser and device information. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, message contents or loan details as analytics events. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

You can decline analytics and still use the website, or change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer when analytics is enabled. The site also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Analytics measures website usage and is not used to make mortgage eligibility or credit decisions. How information is used

Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your request, discuss mortgage-related questions, schedule follow-up, and maintain normal business correspondence. RichardCilo.com does not sell contact-form information to advertisers.

Security and retention

To reduce automated abuse, the contact form checks request origins, form timing and a hidden spam field, and applies temporary submission limits. A temporary, randomly keyed hash of your network address is used in server memory to count attempts within 15-minute windows; the raw address is not stored by this limiter. Hosting providers may separately process network addresses in their technical logs.

The website uses HTTPS. Inquiry emails may be retained in normal business email records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document communications, meet applicable business or regulatory requirements, or resolve issues.
